HZ-Z façade fixing anchors are designed to enable fast and practical installation of natural stone panels onto load-bearing surfaces.

HMPR-CE Cast in Chanel& T Bold
HMPR-CE ETA-Certified Precast Profiles are studded steel profiles that provide embedded connections in concrete structures. The precast profiles are supplied with filler materials that prevent concrete from entering. Once the concrete has set, these fillers are removed, creating an open slot in the wall for connection elements.
T Bolts
HTB T bolts and HMLN lock nuts are specifically designed to secure into cast-in channels. They are positioned and then locked by turning 90 degrees clockwise. Correct torque values must be applied to ensure safe and secure connections.

Haz FIX Brickwork Support Restraint Systems
Brickwork support systems are used for the secure and easy installation of brickwork facades. Support brackets are used to transfer the dead loads of non load bearing outer shell brick walls to the load bearing inner walls of buildings. Load bearing support brackets are fixed on concrete beams which carry the dead load of the facade. Restraining ties or wall ties are used along the rest of the storey height to secure the masonry facade against wind loads.

Axo Systems
Body anchors are secure and economic fixing systems to install heavy slabs at large projection sizes.
These anchors are available in sizes to fit a projection range from 60 mm to 260 mm, with a load capacity of up to 1300 N.
The use of these anchors is preferred due to their low engineering and optimum static performance. Body anchors are adjustable in three dimensions and allow quick and easy installation of natural stone slabs at horizontal joints and vertical joints.
Body anchors are fixed to concrete with expansion bolts and to sub-channel structures with hex bolts.

HB Anchor bolts are used for fastening components on to load bearing substrates. There are many types of anchor bolts available for use for installing fixtures on to different types of base materials.

Stone Attachment Systems
The HB11 and T31 undercut bolts are designed for attachments on the rear surfaces of stone panels. This method of attachment becomes necessary when the use of conventional pin system is not suitable. The undercut stone attachment method has advantages which can result in various benefits in panel material cost and installation time. HAZ Metal provides service in the design and technical support for using these systems

Concrete Panel Support Systems
FIX-PA Facade panel support system is specially designed for the secure and fast installation of prepafricated concrete panels on to load bearing structures. This system consists of support and restraining elements. The FIX PA panel brackets consist of upper section, center section and special fitting which is cast in to the concrete panel. Depending on the design resistence loads and the fixing type to the structure, there are different types of an upper section. The standard upper section is fastened at the edge of the sub structure. The standard FIX- PA brackets can support loads of up to 35 kN. However, custom made design can be made to achieve loads of up to 70 kN. the FIX PA are tested and verified by calculations and further inspections carried out by third party approval inspection bodies.
