STEEL STRUCTURE AND WIRE MESH
The fence system involves welding and fixing 76/2.5mm (2.5”) wire mesh posts with a height of 4.00m to 89/3mm pipe guides placed at 3.00m intervals along the edges of the field during the construction of the field concrete. Horizontal supports are installed between the posts in three rows (bottom, middle, and top) using 48/2mm (1.5”) pipes. One double-leaf personnel gate measuring 200x200cm is constructed. All steel structures are painted with a special synthetic resin metal anti-rust paint (Pearl Green) that combines the properties of rust prevention and protective topcoat paint. Three rows of PVC-coated tension wires are installed between the posts. The system is then completed by mounting 3.50mm thick, 50x50mm mesh, galvanized on the inside and PVC-coated on the outside, 4.00mt high mesh wires onto the perimeter of the field using PVC-coated binding wires.
