Flanged scaffolding (wedge scaffolding) systems allow for connections from eight directions. 48x3mm vertical and 48x3mm horizontal connections are made from black pipe. Auxiliary elements include a lower adjustment shaft, sheet metal planks, and swivel-head pipe clamps. The system is used for facade scaffolding or formwork scaffolding. It consists of vertical and horizontal elements. Connection points are flanges, claw clamps, and wedges. Lower adjustment shafts are used to level the ground, and 4-way and U-headed upper adjustment shafts are used to level the floor/beam bottom. The system is designed by Demirel Yapı Scaffolding and Formwork Systems according to your formwork project. Vertical elements are standard 48x3mm, and horizontal elements are 48x3mm, manufactured from standard pipes that have undergone mechanical testing. Automatic gas welding machines are used in our production.
