Using high-quality cold-rolled steel plates as the substrate, a high-performance metal coil is coated with a layer of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon alloy coating on the surface using continuous hot-dip coating technology. The coating is cured at a high temperature of 600 ℃ to form a dense quaternary crystal of aluminum iron silicon zinc, which combines the dual characteristics of aluminum barrier protection and zinc electrochemical protection. It is an efficient anti-corrosion material that replaces traditional galvanized steel coils.
