KÖSTER Polyflex is a two component, solvent free, polymer modified bitumen thick film sealant for the safe waterproofing of building structures. The coating bridges cracks and protects the building from pressurized water.

KÖSTER Polyflex 2K is radon-proof.

TPO Pro Synthetic Membrane

Termoplastic Polyolefin (TPO/FPO) Synthetic Waterproof Membrane

KÖSTER TPO Pro Roofing Membranes are made of flexible termoplastic polyolefin. A glass fiber mesh is embedded in the middle of the membrane to provide an especially high dimensional stability and resistance against perforation. It offers a high reliability and is characterized by a fast and economical installation. KÖSTER TPO Pro Roofing Membranes are UV-stable, resistant to aging, microorganisms, and can be applied directly onto old bitumen membranes.

KB-Pur 560

Polyurea Spray Elastomer

KÖSTER KB-Pur 560 is a two part, 100% solids polyurea based and spray applied water proofing material. After application the material cures within 5-15 seconds to form a seamless, elastic, crack bridging and durable waterproofing membrane.

The cured membrane has excellent physical properties such as chemical, impact, cold, abrasion, heat and water resistance and durability.

It has CE certificate in EN 1504-2 standard.

Consumption: min. 2,0 kg/m2

MS-Flexfolie

MS Polymer Based, Premium Quality Waterproofing Product

KÖSTER MS-Flexfolie is a liquid applied waterproofing product based on MS Polymer technology.

KÖSTER MS-Flexfolie is solvent free and does not contain isocyanates. The material cures to form a very elastic (500%), crack bridging and impermeable waterproofing layer.

KÖSTER MS-Flexfolie is resistant against UV radiation and exterior temperatures between -25°C and +80°C.

KÖSTER MS-Flexfolie has excellent adhesion on many different building materials and can be applied on dry or slightly damp surfaces.

MS-Flexfolie has a "EAD 030350-00-0042 (Former ETAG-005)" system test certificate.

MS-Flexfolie has CE certificate in EN 1504-2 standard.

Epoxy Primer

KÖSTER KB-Pox 002 is an epoxy based, 2-part, solvent free and low viscosity resin suitable as primer for epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings and waterproofing materials.

The primer can be used on concrete surfaces under coatings of KÖSTER KB-Pur 560/570, KB-Pur 214/214-FLEX/215/222/223/Ultraflex/Bituflex-1K/MS-Flexfolie and for epoxy coatings KB-Pox LF-VL/LF-VS/082/083ST/LF-VS Struktur.

It has excellent adhesion to concrete and concrete screed.

It has CE certificate in EN 1504-2 + EN 13813 standard.

KB-Pur 214 FLEX

1000% Ultra Elastic Polyurethane 1C Liquid Waterproofing

It is a polyurethane based waterproofing product with 1000% elasticity. It is a single component, easily applied with a brush, roller and airless gun. It provides an economical and long-lasting solution in the most difficult insulation details.

It has long-term resistance and UV resistance against all kinds of weather conditions. It is resistant between -30°C and +80°C.

It is resistant to abrasion and resistant to light foot traffic.

PU-Flex 25

Low Modulus Polyurethane Sealant

KÖSTER PU-Flex 25 is an highly elastic, low modulus polyurethane sealant, with good UV resistance and excellent adhesion even to substrates that are considered problematic substrates for sealants like glass, aluminium, steel and polycarbonate.

KÖSTER PU-Flex 25 is single component and cures with air moisture to form a flexible sealant which can be overpainted after curing.

The sealant is non sagging, highly thixotropic, easy smoothing and has good workability.

KÖSTER ECB Waterproofing Membranes are produced out of ethylene copolymer bitumen-based raw material. Its unique chemistry combines the flexibility of bitumen with the toughness of termoplastic olefins.

KÖSTER ECB Waterproof Membranes are designed for use in basement tanking-curtain wall insulation and protects building foundation against water ingress and increases the value of your building.

KÖSTER ECB has a very good cost/performance ratio, very long service life, high resistance to puncture and and is fully resistant to aggressive underground water.

KÖSTER ECB joints are hot air welded with special welding equipment and form a complete and continuous waterproofing layer where the joint is as strong as the membrane itself.

KB-Pur IN 7

PU Injection Foam for Water-Bearing Cracks and Joints

KÖSTER KB-Pur IN 7 is a single component polyurethane prepolymer used with 10% catalyst. The product reacts only when coming into contact with water and forms spontaneously a compact, viscoplastic, waterproof polyurethane foam.

KÖSTER KB-Pur IN 7 remains viscoplastic after reacting and is thus able to follow crack movements and to seal permanently without the necessity of subsequent injections with an elastic polyurethane massive resin.

KÖSTER KB-Pur IN 7 is solvent-free and resistant to hydrolysis.

KB-Pur 222

Bitumen-PUR Based, Liquid Waterproofing with 2000% Elasticity

KÖSTER KB-Pur 222 is a 2 component, bitumen-polyurethane based, liquid applied water proofing material. The material consists of a highly hidrofobic polyurethane prepolymer (A component) and a perfect blend of virgin bitumen with chemical additives and solvents (B component).

After application the material cures to form a seamless, crack bridging and highly elastic membrane with more than 2000% elongation and a service temperature ranging from -40°C to +80°C.

KÖSTER KB-Pur 222 has high adhesion strength to concrete, masonry, plaster, mortar and many similar building products.
