Fibrobeton
This is a concrete (GRC-CTB) facade cladding material reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fiber, designed to be produced in thicknesses ranging from 12 to 20 mm and in any desired shape and size by spraying into a mold using the spray-up technique. During production, a steel frame designed to withstand the necessary service loads (wind, earthquake, moisture, heat, fire, sound, etc.) is embedded within the concrete shell. Designed and manufactured on a project-by-project basis, the shell section—which meets the required strength values—can be offered with surface characteristics such as colored, textured, or aggregate finishes (achieved through sandblasting, acid etching, or special surface abrasion techniques) from the raw material, or with exterior painting alternatives as desired. The steel structure within the system complies with standards, features hot-dip galvanization, and includes the necessary connection details for installation. It is possible to design and manufacture products in any size permitted by logistical capabilities.
