Renda Helin Çilalioğlu Çizer was accepted into Domus Academy Milano to finish her Master’s Degree on Industrial and Production Design after graduating from Bilkent University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design in 2004. During this period of time, she took part in workshop projects of world-class names such as Giovanni Lauda, Dante Donegani, and Francisco Gomez Paz. After she completed her education in Italy, she returned to Turkey and worked at the leading companies in the sector and provided consultancy. She has been conducting projects of architecture and interior architecture and design for various buildings and venues such as dorms, housing, offices, restaurants etc. at her office under her own company since 2012. Renda Helin Çilalioğlu Çizer is also a part-time teaching assistant at Istanbul Medipol University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design.
The projects of Renda Helin Çilalioğlu Çizer, the youngest woman to win an award as a part of the European Property awards in 2016, which were granted numerous awards until this day, were mentioned in many domestic and foreign publications.
Çizer, who defends the idea that what is considered right today may be wrong tomorrow and that it is always a necessity to side with progressive ideas, thinks she is on the right track in harmony with the right criteria, if she is able to provide the our life in design and the world of design with a new understanding, and a new perspective.
